Cancellation and Refund Policies

From 1st of June 2021 to 30th of september 2021 (excluding Saturdays or reservations that include Saturdays)
 

 

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the cost of the first night if he cancels in the 3 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
No advance payment is required.
For no-shows, the cost of the penalty is equal to 100% of the reservation
No advance payment is required.
The Hotel will request pre-authorization as a guarantee a few days before check-in

From 13th of August 2021 to 20th of August 2021

 


The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels in the 14 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
No advance payment is required.
For no-shows, the cost of the penalty is equal to 100% of the reservation
No advance payment is required.
The Hotel will request pre-authorization as a guarantee a few days before check-in

The pre-authorizations requested to guarantee the reservation will be reversed / refunded to the customer in the event of cancellations within the terms indicated above.
